How do pre-orders work?

Use the Pre-Order page to add bundles or product variants to your cart. Then submit your request from the cart page and we will confirm availability and pickup details.

Do I pay online when I place a request?

Not yet. Your cart submission is an order request. We follow up directly to confirm your order and payment details.

What products are currently available?

We are currently focused on Madeleines and Shortbread with selected variants, with Biscotti launching soon.

Can I request custom catering or event menus?

Yes. We can build custom offerings for events and catering. Share your date, guest count, and needs through the Events page form.

How far in advance should I place an order?

As early as possible. Small-batch inventory can sell out quickly, especially around market dates and weekends.

Where are pickups located?

Pickup details are shared when we confirm your request. We primarily serve the Tampa Bay area.

What is your typical response time after I submit a request?

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours. During busy market weeks or holiday windows, response times can be slightly longer.

Can I update my order after I submit it?

In most cases, yes. Reply to your confirmation message as soon as possible with the requested changes and we will confirm what can be adjusted.

Do you offer same-week or rush orders?

Sometimes, depending on production capacity. If you need a faster turnaround, submit your request and include your target date in the notes.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

We can note preferences and ingredient concerns, but we are not an allergen-free facility. Please include allergy details in your order notes before confirmation.

Are your items sold as individual pastries or by box/quantity?

Most items are prepared for pre-order in set quantities or curated selections. The pre-order flow will show available formats for each product and variant.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Current orders are coordinated primarily as pickup. If you are planning an event, include location details and we can discuss service options.

Can I place a large order for a wedding shower, office, or private event?

Yes. Large-format orders are available through our Events & Catering flow. Share your guest count, timeline, and service style so we can build the right menu.

How do I know when new flavors or menu drops are available?

Join the Picnic List for first access to seasonal releases, market announcements, and limited pre-order windows.

What happens if something in my request is unavailable?

We will contact you with options and substitutions before finalizing. Nothing is confirmed until you approve the updated details.
